Yes.
How are safety tips delivered in the corporate environment?
Safety moments/tips is a standard meeting item in the agenda.
How are safety tips delivered in an operational environment?
Team meetings are held each day and work shift.
What's the best safety tip you observed and why (was it how it was delivered, the operational context? the impact, etc)
An employee led the safety moment that was delivered to the organisations executive team in their operational environment. The employee work group felt engaged and empowered to lead change. I’m a strong believer that people are your biggest asset.
Have you heard a safety tip that made you cringe? What was it, and why did you cringe? *
Anytime a leader says “safety is a priority and/or value” and then follows their statement up with a “but…”.
