Joining Roberts Pizzarotti in its foundation year, Ben led the project to build a health and safety management system from the ground up. Ben applied his learnings from an 13 year career and with the fortune of starting with a blank canvas and zero legacy items, to create something unique.

Collaborating with stakeholders in groups and one on one, Ben asked three simple questions:

2. What doesn’t work?

3. How can we make health and safety management systems better?

Navigating diverse experiences and perceptions, in just one year, Ben developed and implemented the management system and achieved Federal Safety Accreditation on Robert Pizzarotti’s first ever construction project! “If operational and audit performance offer a valid measure of success, we are travelling in the right direction.”
